An email will be sent to the customer advising them of the additional postage charges, should the customer not wish to proceed with the order an immediate refund will be issued.
We deliver our full product range to over 29 countries as part of our on-line offer. However, due to our large range of products and sizes available on-line, it is impossible to cover all delivery carriage rates and therefore it may not always be possible to deliver our larger trophies to worldwide locations. If this is the case, we will contact you after you have placed your order to provide you with the estimated carriage cost for the larger items, or to offer you a full, no quibble refund.
