CANCELLATION OF ORDERS & RETURNED GOODS
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase and the products have not been engraved or customised, you can return them within 14 working days, starting from the date after the day of delivery, for a full refund or credit. Please note - all goods that have been engraved or customised with centres or bespoke die-cast products cannot be returned. All other goods can be returned, as long as they are received in a resalable, pristine condition in original boxes and packaging. Please pack the goods carefully ensuring there is plenty of cushioning material between items and that they cannot rub together while in transit. Please note - a 25% re-stocking charge will be made for all returned goods.
J.C.Trophies will not be held liable for the postage cost of returns. We recommend you obtain proof of postage for your returned goods via a reputable courier, or Royal Mail recorded delivery.
We reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacing any items returned to us that are damaged, from the refund due. Your rights to return or cancel goods, does not apply to customised or engraved items.
POLICY FOR FAULTY GOODS
If the goods you receive are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery, J.C.Trophies will cover the cost of return up to the value of £11.99 (inclusive of vat), or alternatively we can arrange a collection of the goods via our DPD courier service. Please ensure a copy of the return postage receipt is sent to email@example.com to enable us to complete a postage refund.
J.C.Trophies will not be held liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
INFORMING US OF FAULTY GOODS
Please email - firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your return and the reasons for the return. If your goods are damaged for any reason, please send a photograph of the damage as this helps our Production team identify how the issue may have occurred.
